CROSS CULTURE UNDERSTANDING

If we are going to talk about culture it will be like the iceberg phenomena when we only can see a little things in the top of an iceberg. It is means we only see a little thing that we had already known about the  culture and do not  realize that there are still a lot of  something complicated that we had not known yet. It because culture is not something easy to taught. It built up by the value, knowledge, beliefs, life style, language and idea. Every single country in the world absolutely has different culture and sometime people think that their own culture is the better one than any other and try to impose each other, that is way cross culture understanding try to change people’s perception about their different culture. In this assignment firstly  I would like to give clear explanation about what actually cross culture understanding secondly about what the good impact from learn about cross culture understanding and  the last about what will occur if cross culture misunderstanding happened.

Different culture influence the way of we think and act. We will think and act based on what our parents and other important in our life teach us. We also make judgment based on it. We judge which the wrong and the right one based our perception of something and it create by what we got in our culture that we living it. Its namely learned behavior and its come from generation to generation e,g in American Culture it will be embarrassed if a 17th person still live with their parents they should move from their parents home try to life independent an earn their own money by their self but in Indonesia it will be unpolite if the 17th unmarried person move and life alone and from their parent without any reason. We don’t have to think that our act and life style is the best one from the other That is why cross culture understanding means to value other culture and respect their perception of  something and make us to never prejudice of another culture perception.

The question is what will happened if we are learning about cross culture understanding and what will occure if cross culture misunderstanding happened? Cross-cultural misunderstandings when communicating with colleagues or customers can happen for a number of reasons. Conflict can occur between cultural groups for reasons such as religion, customs, beliefs, values, dress and personal grooming, levels of formality and family obligations. These issues can cause misunderstanding between both colleagues and customers.

Habibie and Ainun The most Inspiring Movie of The year

“You are the most hard people who I ever meet in my entire life, but if I need to turn back the time  I'm still want to choice you”. That some of dialogue that have said by Bunga Citra Lestari to Reza Rahadian in Habibie & Ainun’s Movie , the most famous movie in this current week that make some of people in Kendari City being curious and want to see the movie directly in cinemas. Actually it is the most romantic and different drama movie than other because it is based the true story of the habibie journey’s life with Ainun. 

This is the story about something is going happen if you find out your soulmate the, story of first and the last love, the story of the third president and the first lady of Indonesia, the story of Habibie and Ainun. Rudi Habibie is the genius aero plane expert  who has a big dream to devote his self  to his country and Ainun is a young and smart doctor who has a lot of change in the front of her. That on 1962 ,they are met in Bandung. Habibie and Ainun falling in love each other especially Ainun she is not only falling in love with Habibie but also with the visi and the dream of Habibie , finally they are married and move to Germany.

Both of them realize that has a dream is never ever easy to make it come true. And their love has build up within their journey to make their dream come true. The coldness of the German’s snow, sacrifice, pain full, aloneness also seduction of the wealth and the might when they are back to Indonesia go a long with their journey's life. For Habibie , Ainun is everything, she is the eyes to see his life ,and for Ainun ,Habibie is everything, the filler of love to her. But every story absolutely has an ending and every dream has a confine and then finally  both of them realize that their love will not be Immortal.

That is a glance of  the story of Habibie and Ainun Movie. Faosan  Rizal as the director of Habibie and Ainun movie said that it spend about Rp.7,5 billion while the making of this movie is happened it because of  the setting of this movie in Germany that's why the cost of the making of this movie is higher than the making of other movie in Indonesia. It is not easy to find out  an appropriate actor and actress to role as Habibie and Ainun but when we found Bunga Citra Lestari and Reza  Rahadian, Faozan Rizal believe that no one can be the perfect role as Habibie and Ainun beside both of them.

Talking about the making of Habibie and Ainun movie its not complete if we are not discuss about Hollywod 21 as the one of cinemas in kendari  that  play this movie. It is start play this movie one week before new years come. The people has an higher enthusiasm to watch this movie directly it provable with no more ticket that want to sell in three days after first launched of  this movie because  there are a lot of people had booked the ticket to watch this it. The popularity of this movie make all of 

the society interested and curios to watch it. Teenager, adult even old people troop up come in Hollywood 21  to watch the story of the only one people who make a plane to Indonesia.

 Its about two weeks until the movie is not play again in cinemas and  will be change by other new  movie, its different with Habibie and Ainun movie that endured and still play  until know its has been three weeks and the interested of people to watch it still high. I have see n this movie and I think tit is the most valuable movie that should be watch by idonesian people because not only entertaint  people who watch it but also can tell them  the history the history of the struggle of someone who made the first plane to indonesia and the history of the third president of indonesia RUDi BJ HABIBIE.
